Shipping Policy

Order Processing 

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Time

Most orders arrive within 5-8 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier performance. 

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on most orders within the United States unless otherwise noted at checkout.

Tracking 

All shipments include tracking. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days after ordering, please contact us. 

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order is processed. 

Delayed or Lost Packages

Shipping carriers can occasionally experience delays. If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days or your package appears lost, contact us and we'll help resolve it. 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
