Track Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

How to track your package

• Check your shipping confirmation email
• Click the tracking link provided
• If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers

Tracking not updating?

Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking to update after your order has shipped. Carriers sometimes need time to scan packages into their system.

If your tracking has not updated after 3 business days, please contact us and include:

• Your order number
• The email used at checkout

Marked delivered but not received?

If your tracking says Delivered but you don't have your package:

• Check around your delivery location
• Ask neighbors or building staff
• Contact the shipping carrier directly
• Wait 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered early

If you still can't locate it after 24 hours, please contact our support team.
